These terms cover two things run by Sudish Shrestha: ShortMojo, a private tool for making and publishing short videos, and the games published from this site, such as Rato Ball (on the web and on game platforms like Facebook Instant Games, CrazyGames and TikTok).
ShortMojo
ShortMojo is offered by invitation: each subscriber gets their own private studio with a username we create. There is no public sign-up. A studio only connects to and posts on the accounts its user connects (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), through the platforms' official APIs, and only when the user asks or turns on the autopilot.
Videos are written and voiced with the help of AI and are labelled as AI-generated where the platform supports it. You are responsible for what your studio publishes: it must follow the law and each platform's terms and community guidelines, and you must have the right to use anything you upload (pictures, clips, recordings, voices). Don't use the studio for spam, impersonation, misleading claims, hateful or sexual content, or to clone anyone's voice but your own.
Credits
- Credits are prepaid: $1 buys 1,000 credits. Each AI step (script, fact check, picture, narration and similar) uses credits according to the AI model's real cost; every video shows how many it used, and your balance is on the Credits page of your studio.
- Credits are valid until the date shown on your Credits page. Unused credits can't be exchanged for money, and credits already used aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or a step failed because of our error.
- When your credits run out or expire, your studio stops making new videos until you top up; your videos and settings are kept.
- We may change credit prices or the AI models used, with notice for future purchases; credits you already bought keep their value.
Games
The games are free to play. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, re-host, modify or reverse-engineer them, or use cheats or automation to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
When you play a game on another platform (for example Facebook, CrazyGames or TikTok), that platform's own terms also apply, including how it shows ads, rewards and leaderboards. Watching an optional ad (for example for an extra ball) is always your choice.
Games may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time. Saved progress lives on your device or with the platform you play on and can be lost, for example when you clear your browser data.
The games contain facts about real places; we try to keep them accurate but don't guarantee it.
Third-party services
Publishing and game platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, CrazyGames) are governed by their own terms. ShortMojo uses OpenRouter to run AI models (from providers such as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic) for scripts, fact checks, pictures and narration; Pexels and Wikimedia Commons for stock footage and freely licensed pictures; and Microsoft's text-to-speech for the free voices. Their terms apply to their services, and AI output can be wrong: please review videos before they're published.
No warranty
ShortMojo and the games are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
