ShortMojo
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy covers ShortMojo and the games published from this site, both run by Sudish Shrestha. We collect as little as possible, never sell data, and use no advertising or analytics trackers of our own.
ShortMojo
Each subscriber has their own studio, kept separate from everyone else's. For each studio we store your username, name and email (to run your account and contact you), your credit balance and usage, and:
- Access and refresh tokens for the operator's own connected YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts, so it can publish videos when asked.
- Basic details of those accounts (ID, name, profile picture URL) to show which account is connected.
- The videos it makes, their scripts, upload results and the view counts the platforms report for them.
- Public comments left on the operator's own posts, so the operator can read and answer them. Comment text and the commenter's public name are kept only for that, and are deleted on request.
Platform data (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) is used only to publish your videos to your own accounts, show the required posting options, and show how those videos are doing. It is not used for anything else.
AI processing (OpenRouter)
To write, check, illustrate and narrate videos, the studio sends the needed content to OpenRouter, which passes it to the AI model provider chosen for that step (for example OpenAI, Google or Anthropic): your channel description, topics and links, the script, picture prompts, pictures shown for choosing thumbnails, text to be read aloud, and, if you use comment drafts, the text of public comments on your posts. We don't send your platform tokens, passwords or email. OpenRouter and the model providers process this under their own privacy policies (OpenRouter privacy policy); we use providers that don't train on API data where OpenRouter lets us choose. Captions are made from your audio on our own server.
Games (for example Rato Ball)
On the web (this site): the game has no accounts and asks for no personal information. Your progress (levels unlocked, best times and the sound setting) is saved only in your own browser's storage on your device; it is never sent to us. The game loads nothing from other sites, uses no cookies, ads or trackers, and our server doesn't keep logs of who plays.
On Facebook Instant Games: Facebook provides the game with your player ID, name and profile picture so it can save your progress to your player profile and, if you take part, show leaderboards and let you share. Your best time per level may be submitted to the level's leaderboard. This data is held by Facebook under Meta's Privacy Policy; we don't copy it to our servers.
On CrazyGames: progress is saved with CrazyGames' data feature, and CrazyGames and its advertising partners show ads between levels and the optional rewarded ad. They may collect device and usage data under CrazyGames' privacy policy.
On TikTok (when available): the game uses TikTok's mini-game features for saving progress and sharing, under TikTok's privacy policy.
Sharing: if you press Share, your device's or platform's own share screen opens; we don't see what you share or with whom.
Children: the games are suitable for all ages and don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Platform ads and sign-in follow each platform's rules for young players.
The subscription waitlist
If you join the waitlist on the home page, we store what you submit (your name, email, optional phone, country and channel link, and your answers) to contact you about subscriptions. It is not shared or sold.
Requests from public authorities
If a court, police or other public authority asks us for personal data about anyone who uses our apps or games, we: check that the request is lawful and properly made before answering; challenge or refuse requests we consider unlawful, too broad or not properly authorised; disclose only the minimum data the request lawfully requires; and keep a record of each request, our reply, the legal basis and who was involved. Where the law allows, we tell the person concerned. So far we have received no such requests.
Where data is kept
Studios and their videos are stored on our own server. Nothing is sold. Data is shared only with the services described above, and only what each step needs.
Your choices and deleting data
See Data deletion for how to delete game progress, remove app access and ask us to delete anything we hold about you.
